London Fog. These macarons are just perfection. I steeped Earl Grey Tea in cream and used that for the delicious, creamy filling. I even put Earl Grey tea leaves into my macaron batter, so the shells are flavored themselves. These taste exactly like a London Fog tea you would pickup at your coffee shop. To me this is a beautiful fall flavor!
