PASSIONFRUIT! These are so freaking good, they remind me of Hawaii. These purple macarons have a passionfruit buttercream center, with a dollop of homemade passionfruit curd in the center of that! I “accidentally” broke one when I was assembling them, so I had to taste test. 10/10
